What a treat. It is always a hassle when you have to do a return, especially when you have to bring a little one with you. But I cannot say how much of a treat it is when I get to come in. They have a little PO Box for kiddos to open and get a sticker or small toy. My little one loves it and as soon as we get in to the store he runs over to the snail PO Box.

This is without a doubt , the best USP store!!! After going to several different stores and having ridiculous crazy.Excuses , why they couldn't send my stroller to LA I came here and it was like no problem at all to Mark and Brie, I was in and out in like 10 minutes, it was nothing less than great they were nothing less than great !!! if I have to send something again I will drive a hour just to come here.Blondes are the BEST !! Mark even carried it for me and Brie had already clocked out before helping me THANK YOU SO MUCH MARK AND BRIE !!! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST !!!📦❤️📦❤️📦❤️📦

The people they have working here are so sweet and helpful. My hands are always full of kids and they get excited to help me take the package in! Its rare that people are so kind and good at their jobs. They deserve more than 5 stars for service and going above and beyond.

I never leave reviews, but Zac and the entire staff there were so amazing and accommodating! They made the entire process so fast and smooth! As a stressed mother who came in toting 3 young kids they never made me feel rushed and made sure I had everything I needed! Will come back any time I need fast and personable service!

On 5/7, I had to express ship a care package to my sister for Mother’s Day. Her husband is out in the seas serving our country. They made sure my package got to her on time. After I left, I received a call that the driver wasn’t coming back for the day and that they covered the charge for a one day delivery. I do not give reviews, but the male and female who helped me deserves such recognition for service recovery and taking care of their local customers. They both have such great upbeat personalities even when it was the end of the day for the store! Thank you very much!

I have been here multiple times in the last 5 months and was received with a smile and professionalism. I have yet to be greeted by the same employee but they were ALL beyond helpful, professional and above and beyond to help me leave knowing my package would arrive safely to its location. This is not the closest Ups store for me but it will be the one I go to every time 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
